Important Update:

Effective April 1st, 2024.

We would like to inform you about significant changes in our capacity to provide support to Eastern European individuals at risk.

We regret to announce that we will no longer directly handle cases or implement immediate support solutions ourselves. Instead, we will be here to ensure mutual understanding between the person at risk and your authority, as their primary support provider.


While we won't take on cases directly, our commitment remains strong to assist and support your team in ensuring the well-being of these individuals and facilitate a smoother process for those in need.


Here are some examples of the support we will provide:

  • Ensuring that the service user thoroughly understands their responsibilities and what is expected of them, fostering a strong collaboration with their support provider.

  • Communicating a holistic understanding of the service user's situation and family dynamic to all involved parties, encompassing all relevant factors.

  • Offering cultural and contextual insight to aid you in identifying the most fitting approach to effectively meet the service user's needs.
