Case 23 – from LCC – EN, DD and the child - left without accommodation - Resolved: accommodation through the council, guidance and support to apply for benefits
Case 22 – from LCC – PD and MG (with disability) - left without accommodation - Resolved: accommodation through the council, guidance and support to apply for benefits.
Case 21 – from LCC – LD and AN (with disability) – left without accommodation - Resolved: accommodation through the council, guidance and support to apply for benefits.
Case 20 – from CV - 2 men left with no job, no accommodation, no flight. Resolved: accommodation through the council, at the hotel, one of the gentlemen paid for his ticket for the flight when will be available, the other gentleman was still staying at the accommodation
Case 19 – from SB - 3 people (one is a pregnant woman) in Luton airport with no flight, they remained homeless. Resolved: gave guidance and support to get an accommodation.
Case 18 – from LH – FH has a child in the home country, (the child’s mother was in a coma and child was on his own with no support), FH hasn't worked for a month, and the child’s mother died in meantime. FH had to return to his home country. Resolved: we found transport in someone's car and sent him back to his child.
Case 17 – from JC - 2 people asked for help to apply UC, as they lost their job. Resolved: helped video conferencing - guided what to do, step by step, on the application process.
Case 16 – from CO – DC looking for work. Resolved: gave all the details from farms or other employment agencies, helped in applying for job
Case 15 – from SB – a family - problems with the house, left with no resources. Resolved: gave guidance and support to get an accommodation.
Case 14 – from SB – a man with disabilities (one leg malformation from birth) - left without a job and resources. Resolved: guided what to do, support offered to register to the GP and the whole process to get help in the UK.
Case 13 – from PB (MASN) – GA was in difficult situation as a new mother, taking care of a new baby on her own. Resolved: collaboration with nurse, helped her get support with documents and applied for benefits.
Case 12 – from BP – 10 Romanians who were left without job at the farm and no accommodation. Resolved: collaboration with R to resolve the tickets or jobs for them. 6 returned to home country, 4 were re-employed.
Case 11 - from SB – DRC a homeless young person with no phone, no job, no document.
He needed assistance with documents. Resolved: we contacted the Embassy for documents and the companies for passenger transport.
Case 10 – from CO - DJR was left without a job and without shelter due to the pandemic.
Resolved: we contacted the companies for passenger transport.
Case 9 - from CV – CC, AC and RI – left in the airport, no flight available. Resolved: accommodation until the flight resume back.
Case 8 - from CV – IB worked on a farm, the contract ended and no chance to have a plain back to home country - Resolved: accommodation until the flight resume back.
Case 7 – from CV – ZA worked on a farm, his employment contract ended, the flight from 15.05.2020 was cancelled, he ended up on the streets. Resolved: accommodation until the flight resume back.
Case 6 – from CO - TA had no accommodation, lost his job, no money, no friends to go to stay with, the flight was cancelled. Resolved: accommodation until the flight resume back.
Case 5 – from CO – CU and his wife no longer work, they wanted to return to their home country. Resolved: we contacted the companies for passenger transport
Case 4 – from VM – two people, TC and LB had flight tickets for Budapesta, which was cancelled. Resolved: accommodation until 20.04.2020
Case 3 – from Embassy – FP had nowhere to go when he was homeless – Resolved: Accommodation through the local council
Case 2 – from C M – three people from Edmonton Green, left without a possibility to return to their country – Resolved: accommodation until 16.04.2020, when they returned to home country
Case 1 - from LM - C and S were two of the four at the airport, left without job and accommodation - Resolved: they left for home country by plane on 27.03.2020
